A technique I created to help my students and myself regulate and balance our nervous system.
This is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach. You end your session with the tool that's customized for you.
Breath EQ is not information about the nervous system. This is the application that allows you to feel regulated, balanced and resilient moment by moment everyday.

A regulated nervous system is essential to create a supportive loving environment, and, it helps children practice a growth minded approach to life and learning.

Together we'll craft a specialized tool that's uniquely yours.
It's easy to maintain, because you learn the tool in 3 easy steps, and the daily practice takes 1-3 minutes. You can use it multiple times a day when or if needed.

Hi!
I'm Delia St.Louis M.S.Ed
With 25 years of experience as an Elementary School Educator, and parent. I now know for sure, that a regulated nervous system is the door way to the person we are destine to be. Because of this knowing, I'm dedicating the rest of my life to helping parents, children and teachers cultivate an adaptive well balanced nervous system.
My classroom teaching experience started in the New York City Public Schools and later, Albuquerque Public Schools. I've also partnered with Family Focus Center in Albuquerque and Santa Fe Opera to teach Learning Without The Noise practices to students at schools in our community.During a very difficult time in my life, I was navigating, work, parenting, relationship and health challenges. I used The Breath EQ tool to help me have faster recovery from stress and mental strain, and to keep me feeling energized daily.

By the end of your session you'll:
